Affiliate Landing Page test

This page demonstrates url rewriting when directTrackingDomains specifies "clickbank.test" as the domain.

Expected results: All hop links and direct tracking links on the clickbank.test domain are rewritten to include all affiliate tracking parameters that are passed in the query parameters, with the values in window.clickbank used as fallback values, and all known tracking cookies.
